We work geographically and plan our workload depending on number of sign ups in each area, so don't be alarmed if you don't hear from us straight away. We will be in touch to arrange a convenient date for installation.

To help speed things up on the day:
- It would be great if you can clear the space around your downpipe before we arrive
- Moving any bins, garden furniture or pots out of the way can help if they obstruct walkways
- If you have any pets, keeping them indoors for a little while makes the visit easier too
